Cup profile: dark cocoa, molasses, liquorice, smooth coating mouthfeel. Brew: grind 60g of gourmet beans as fine as brown sugar crystals. Put into your machine / percolator. Add 1 litre of freshly boiled spring water at 85 degrees centigrade and wait for around 4 minutes before serving.
